An £1800 upgraded sound system has been fitted, with every speaker being replaced, along with a Pioneer DAB flip out head unit & Eton subwoofer. This Defender now delivers sound quality that is excellent. The rear dog guard remains in place, offering practicality, while all trim presents very well with only light signs of use, a very nice interior throughout. Engine Powered by Land Rover’s proven 2.2L diesel engine, which has been recently treated to a Stage 1 premium custom remap. Enhancing performance, economy & driveability this Defender drives as good as it looks. Should the remap be of any concern it can be easily put back to standard, and was only applied at 64k miles, but its sole purpose is to enhance drivability and improve economy and performance in a tasteful way. The vehicle has had regular servicing throughout its life & has had major items such as the clutch & slave cylinder recently replaced. On the road, this Defender performs exactly as it should, pulling strongly & smoothly with no unwanted smoke or rattles and the engine bay itself presents very nicely. Suspension & brakes are all in good condition & the vehicle drives very well, as you would expect. Having not been subjected to commercial or agricultural duties, this 110 remains tight, composed & highly enjoyable to drive. The underside is all original & very good / honest and it hasn’t been undersealed to hide any nasty bits.
