Secure this vehicle
By paying the £99 arrangement fee, it is agreed that you ‘the buyer’ are entering a contract to purchase this vehicle from Walters Motor Group ‘the seller’ at the advertised price and Walters Motor Group will remove the vehicle from retail sale to the general public until 5.30pm the next working day.
One of our sales representatives will endeavour to get in touch with you via both the phone number and email address provided, however it is the buyers obligation to ensure they have made contact with Walters Motor Group within the stated timeframe, if we have been unsuccessful contacting you.
Funding your new vehicle
If you are taking out finance through Walters Motor Group;
One of our sales representatives will be in touch shortly to help arrange your finance and once the documentation is signed and any proofs required are submitted, no further deposit is required until your collection date. In many cases this documentation can be signed online.
Other forms of finance;
If you are not taking out finance through Walters Motor Group, it is agreed that you ‘the buyer’ will increase your deposit to a minimum of 10% or £500 by 5.30pm the following working day. Failure to do so will mean the vehicle will be put back on retail sale to the general public, and your £99 will be non-refundable.
If there are any unusual circumstances which mean you are unable to meet the deadlines we have set, please get in touch and we will always try our best to assist.
Is my £99 refundable?
This fee is generally non-refundable and is a commitment to buy the vehicle, however if you are taking finance through Walters Motor Group and we are unable to secure the buyer finance with one of our lenders, the £99 is refundable subject to a £25 administration charge.
